The large dish rising from a short foot is beautifully painted on the interior with numerous magpies in various postures amidst prunus blossoms on a bright egg-lemon yellow ground. The reverse in white glaze decorated with three detached large gro of stylized floral scrolls between a peony blossom, the centre of the base with four-character mark in iron red.
