The circular dish, painted in vivid tones of underglaze-blue with a central lotus medallion with a flower petals border, enclosed by a band of radiating lappet panels enclosing various floral sprays against a blue ground, the reverse with a ribbon-tied Artemisia leaf below three detached fruit sprays.
