谭延闿（1880-1930），字组庵，号无畏、切斋，湖南茶陵人。生于浙江杭州，民国时期著名书法家、组庵湘菜创始人。谭延闿有“近代颜书大家”之称。与陈三立、谭嗣同并称当时“湖湘三公子”，授翰林编修。民国四大书法家之首，民国书法家中曾有真草篆隶四大家之谓，他们是谭延闿的真，于右任的草，吴稚晖的篆和胡汉民的隶。素有“南谭北于”之誉。
