Ca. 619-906 ADA large multicolor sancai glazed pottery standing court attendant, wearing a long flowing floor-length robe, and a high hat. Depicted with pleasant facial features and chubby cheeks. Repaired from several pieces and having large areas of repainting to the glazed surface. This piece has been precisely dated by means of a Thermo Luminescence analysis carried out by Ralf Kotalla, an independent German Laboratory. The samples collected date the piece to the period reflected in its style, whilst also showing no modern trace elements.
