杜加家族的酿酒历史相当悠久，影响力也非常大，早在17世纪初杜加5家族就在热夫雷香贝丹镇居住，开始种植酿造葡萄酒。现任庄主是家族第五代传人，也是勃艮第杰出的酿酒师之一。杜加酒庄的香贝丹特级园始种与1930年，平均树龄90多年，年产量仅有约200多瓶。小酒园难以采用机械耕作，只能全程人工种植，极少人工干涉，杜加酒庄也因其保守的葡萄栽培方式和极少的人工干预而闻名于勃艮第。杜加酒庄香贝丹特级园单宁丰富，浓烈厚重，一般要存放5-10年，色泽深沉，散发出黑樱桃、蓝莓、咖啡的芬芳，伴有甘草、薄荷的香气，酒体结构饱满，表现相当出色。
