高69.5cm 说明：明清两代，观音造像选材多种多样。在中国的江浙、闽、广等地，观音的信仰极为普及。人们通常都会请一尊观音像在家中，保佑家中财源广进，一帆风顺，万事平安。因烟火薰蒸、虫蛀风化等原因，与金铜佛造像相比，存世的木雕佛像中能完好流传下来的并不多，能流传千年的木雕造像更是珍贵难得。此尊观音整雕而成，材质坚密细腻，年代感十足。观音身躯端坐，面相圆润饱满，双目微启，弯眉与鼻梁连为一线，小口，头戴风帽，身着广袖长衫，衣衫在胸前打结，衣纹简洁而流畅，再现丝织物之质感。整器造型大方，形象生动，工艺精湛，是为明代木造像艺术佳品。
