按　语：清代有诗描写坑头之珍贵：惟有水洞在涧底，四时暗溜鸣嘈嘈；其间结窝不可觅，觅得一线群欢号。由此可见坑头石产量极少。 此作取材为寿山坑头石，质地通灵，光洁明亮，尤为难得的是还带有一抹巧色，不禁感叹造物之神奇。作者巧妙利用这个黄巧雕琢成罗汉的头部和向前伸出的一足，成为点睛之笔，打破了灰色的沉闷，恰似一片佛光笼罩众生之状。
