拍品敞口,弧腹,下承圈足。口沿以紫黄、绿诸彩绘轮、螺、伞等饰一周八吉祥纹,其间以如意纹间隔。外壁饰穿花龙凤纹,两对龙凤穿梭于花海之间,其中两凤形态颜色相同,两龙则分设红绿二色,芙蓉、雏菊等各色花朵遍生其旁,色彩缤纷,精美绝伦。碗心以两周青花弦纹内绘五彩立龙戏珠纹,一条红彩立龙腾跃于云中,神态威严,身形矫健,趾爪尖利,呼之欲出。碗型规整,秀雅端庄,胎质细腻,釉面润洁,青花发色蓝中泛灰,淡雅宜人,纹饰线条纤细,构图规整有序,色彩艳丽,质量上乘,堪为乾隆官窑的典范之作，惜本件磨款。
此类碗因其纹饰精美,色彩妍丽,有着“龙凤呈祥”之美好寓意。后世官窑瓷器所遵循,影响深远,一直延续烧造至清末。每朝必烧,造型纹样基本保持不变,给人以平稳,恒远之感。
