盘口沿敞口,弧壁,平底,圈足。底足白釉泛青，并书以“大清乾隆年制”六字三行篆书款。内外壁施祭红釉,釉面莹洁滋润,釉色如宝石,沉着艳丽。
祭红又名霁红,是明宣德时期创烧的著名红釉品种,其色似初凝的鸡血,深沉安定,莹润均匀,因祭红器作祭祀郊坛之用,故名。
