Ca. 350-300 BC Sword with only a slight boss for a pommel and a highly curved, short cross guard. The tang is very long, this whole blade is reminiscent of Iron age examples. The blade is long, flat and without a fuller. The surface is slightly pitted and pattern welding can be seen. This is similar to Celtic finds from the Thames. Size: L:780mm / W:58mm ; 510g Provenance: Ex. European collection formed between 2000 to 2020.
