Having a black patina. Depicting a Grecian woman holding a letter and standing near a pedestal. This work was likely influenced by Jean Jacques Pradier s (FR 1790-1852) "Sappho" . Marked on the base VRAI Bronze Garanti Paris. Stamped "Pradier" on the base in front of the woman s left foot. Also stamped "Bouret" on the left side of the base. Stamped B.L. on the underside. Provenance: Property of a Bloomfield Hills, MI private collector.品相报告: Losses to the patina at the back of the figures neck and at her left wrist.
