贯耳瓶之造型始创于宋代，其器形制仿自青铜器汉壶。拍品造型古朴端庄，口呈四方倭角形，颈部两侧饰双贯耳，鼓腹低垂，腹身双面分饰杏圆凸起，通体满施粉青釉，釉面平整厚润，釉色匀净恬淡，莹润似玉。全器沉稳周正，线条流畅蜿蜒，置于文房书案，凝重瑰丽，古趣盎然。
