高约：4.9cm；口径约：11cm；足径约：2.9cm
品相：局部使用磨痕，口沿嵌皮，底足粘砂
盏式圆撇口，斜深腹，圈足收小。其修足爽利，露灰黄胎色，胎质坚实细腻，存垫烧粘沙。其内外满罩青釉，施釉稍厚，釉色青碧若橄榄颜色，质地透润，釉光明润亮泽。外壁剔刻百折纹，内模印转枝团花，花瓣叠压繁密，或为牡丹纹之变体形式。其构图繁密，匀正有致，模印后加以刀具剔修，更显纹饰之深俊鲜明。
此为北宋耀州窑最经典之设计，并为河南汝州严和店等地所仿效。清宫曾有收蓄，现藏台北故宫，清室善后委员会之《故宫物品点查报告》称为“官窑拱花铙式茶钟”。
