Of circular form, pencilled in tones of underglaze blue, decorated to the front with lotus blooms interlinked with scrolling tendrils, the pattern repeated around the broad rim, the reverse similarly decorated with eight lotus-heads in a continuous dense leafy meander, the glazed base with the square seal mark of Qianlong in underglaze blue.
