Each of circular form with a pie crust rim, decorated in bright famille verte enamels, finely painted with a scene of two ladies in a garden beside a table of flower-filled vessels one with a bonsai pine, standing below the boughs of a tree with blossoming branches, one lady holds a flower in her hand which she extends towards the other, encircled by cartouches of precious objects and Buddhist lions reserved against a ground of lotus scroll, the rim moulded, the reverse decorated with three freely drawn peony sprays, the base glazed.
