A globular Yixing teapot with relief decoration, Kangxi period, ca. 1700, China, On a raised pierced foot with flat base, decorated with sprigged phoenix and floral relief. The lid also pierced and topped with a foo-dog finial. Not marked, H 16 cm, L 21 cm, Damage to the foog-dog finial (a few missing pieces), the handle was repaired, a hairline in the base and several rim chips.
