An exceptionally large Colima figure from West Mexico, ca. 300 BC - 300 AD. It is 11 in. high and most likely depicts a ballplayer as indicated by the broad belt and headdress. He is adorned with a necklace, bracelets, perforated ears and a fancy headdress on the elongated head that is characteristic of the Tecoman types. Intact, with good mineral deposits. Cf.
