此瓶撇口，束颈，丰肩，圆弧腹，及底内收，胫部外撇，下承圈足。造型虽小但挺拔大气，器型优美，线条流畅，为典型礼佛净水瓶之样式。胎骨轻盈细洁，通体施白釉，釉面匀净凝厚。外壁暗刻花纹饰，构图饱满，纹饰刻画精细，辗转缠绕，枝繁叶茂，栩栩如生，在莹润厚腴的白釉映衬下闪现羊脂白玉的效果，素雅怡人，清新雅致，成对保存，乃礼佛之佳器。
