铜铸人物形镇纸，皮壳浑厚，光泽莹润，予人呈现古拙气息同时又具静谧之气。
麻姑侧卧姿态，身躯修长，面目姣美，身着长裙，背负葫芦，帛带缠身，左手支头，右手捻一株瑞草，双目含苞，似在沐浴春日暖阳。
麻姑献寿为传统的祝寿题材，麻姑乃女寿佬，传说中麻姑曾“见东海三为桑田“，可见其寿岁之长。农历三月三日为王母寿辰，举行蟠桃盛会，麻姑特在绛珠河畔用灵芝酿酒，献给王母作贺礼，谓之“麻姑献寿”。
