VICTORIAN GOLD-FILLED HAIR-WORK AND OTHER MOURNING JEWELRY, LOT OF SEVEN, comprising a watch chain with a bar fob and swivel clasp, a lyre-form brooch with woven hair sides and center engraved "Mother", and five brooches having glass fronts consisting of two featuring woven brown hair with one having reddish hair layered on top, one with black enameled frame having loosely wound hair and "MM / Obt 5th Oct. 1855 / AE 45" engraved to back, one with black enameled frame housing a piece of brown silk, and a double-sided example with brown leather-type material to the back and black paper/material to the front.
