扁圓形壺身，溜肩，歛腹，底承橢圓形圈足，上配金屬托珊瑚蓋。白玉質，褐色留皮巧雕「太平有象」，即天下太平、五穀豐登。瑞象在水中掃洗，「象」與「相」同音，「洗象」即「洗相」，意指破除對一切名相的執著，為明清佛教繪畫中常見圖像。二童子手持靈芝與磬，是清代至今常見的祥瑞象徵圖像，表「延壽」、「吉慶」之意。壺身背面陽刻篆書雙行「一片冰心在玉壺」，比喻君子清廉正直的品性。本品紋飾雕琢細緻生動，題材不落俗套，屬難得可貴之佳品。
