瑪瑙質，半透明，質地溫潤光滑。壺呈扁瓶形，直口，豐肩，橢圓形圈足。上配金屬托珊瑚為蓋。工匠利用瑪瑙的天然黑褐色斑紋雙雞構圖，寓意「雙吉」，帶有寫意的筆墨情趣，極富巧趣。
