The double-gourd-shaped vase, the interior and base glazed with a turquoise blue glaze, the exterior having a pale yellow body, with feathery scrolling vegetal incised pattern. Painted famille rose decoration of intertwined swastikas, with lotus and two 'shou' characters painted on neck. With kintsugi gold repair on mouth rim. Six character archaic-style Qianlong mark in red on base. New copy of the famous vase purchased by Alice Cheng in 2010 at Sotheby's Hong Kong for $32.4 million. H. 39.2 cm (15 1/2 in.)
