Chinese, Qing dynasty/republic period, the vase covered overall with blue glaze, having a finely painted ruyi band at mouth rim, and lappet band at base of neck. The rectangular-shaped body withrounded shoulders having a landcape panel on one side, and a panel of meiren on the other in famille rose palette, with raised foot. Featuring pink speckled animal-form head with ring in relief on each side of body. H. 31.3 cm (12 1/4 in.)
