The porcelain potted in jar shape, having thick potted body, sturdily potted in a bulbous body, ovoid belly on middle gently tapered on shoulder toward prominent, with short neck opening, with helmet dome lid with finial bud, and raised on wide splayed round foot base. All reserved hand painted ornamentations are rendered in clean white underglaze base color which contrast against the cobalt blue fine color. The main belly and the dome lid adorned with big Shou Chinese calligraphy interspersed scrolling interlocking tendril. The shoulder decorated with Chinese calligraphy medallion interspersed geometric pattern, and cumulus ruyi clouds on the neck. The foot base rim decorated with geometric petals with auspicious pattern. The dome lid rim reveals the cut edges during the making process, and the base left unglazed with grayish creme-brown ground and dark spots of firing marks. The clay is very fine, with a brilliant glaze finish that was applied by a meticulous, the shape is uniformly proportioned.
