贯耳瓶造型最早出现于宋代，形制仿青铜器壶之造型，为陈设器，用以插花。清代自雍正烧造此类器型来，一直流行不衰。此件贯耳瓶，唇口直颈，腹部剔地呈十字，圈足外撇。，颈部对称贴塑管状双耳，器形端庄秀气。瓶内外壁通施青釉，釉色滋润，釉面肥厚，超凡脱俗。
