Two Chinese porcelain snuff bottles dating from the 19th century. One bottle is glazed blue and deeply carved with layers of relief featuring a dragon and a phoenix chasing flaming pearls among clouds. It has a Greek key band around the neck, and it comes with a matching stopper. The other bottle is glazed white, and it comes with a metal stopper with a spoon and a wooden stand. Dimensions are: the blue bottle measures 3 inches tall X 1 1/2 inches long X 1 inches wide, 7.6 cm X 3.8 cm X 2.5 cm. The white bottle measures 2 3/4 inches tall X 1 1/2 inches long X 3/4 inches wide, 7 cm X 3.8 cm X 1.9 cm. All measurements are approximate. Condition: The blue bottle has chips to the foot and throughout, and the spoon is detached from the stopper. The white bottle is in overall good condition. A reminder that all lots are sold as-is. We have sought to record the changes in the condition of this piece after its initial manufacture as diligently as possible; however, as stated in our terms, condition reports are statements of opinion and not representations or warranties.
