A Chinese celadon ground famille rose tianqiu vase dating from the Republic period. The vase features famille rose flowers scattered against a ground incised with floral tracery throughout. The interior and bottom of the vase are glazed turquoise. The bottom features a 6-character mark. Dimensions are: 12 1/2 inches tall X 8 inches in diameter, 31.8 cm X 20.3 cm.
