signed TAOYIQING,inscribed,and with two seals of the artist dated Jiazi year（1984） ink and colour on paper, hanging scroll Tao Yiqing,born in 1914,good at landscape painting,is a famous modern Chinese painter, famous for landscape painting.In 1934,he graduated from Beijing Jinghua Academy of Fine Arts,and later taught in Kaifeng Dongyue Art Normal School and Beijing North China Middle School.In 1962, he was transferred to the Chinese Painting Department of the Central Academy of Fine Arts as a professor of Shanshui.
