Chinese Qing Dynasty Qianlong porcelain bottle vase. A Chinese porcelain, the immaculate porcelain body is covered with a characteristic silky glaze. Ribbed feminine body rises naturally into a straight long neck, outward at the ovoid opening. Raised on the slightly round thick ring. All reserved in a ruby-red underglaze base ground color, background is balanced, elegant and exquisite, which terminates at the base to reveal the pure white underglaze. The yellow glaze creates a mottled effect around the rim which is likened unto the blushing of human skin. The Exterior hand painting of decorated big Chrysanthemum blooms flowers interspersed with tendril and fresh green foliage, vines, fresh foliage in various vivid tones color. Each bulging sides enclosing colorful falangcai, famille rose on a colored ground decoration. The Chrysanthemum is one flower where the color white gives it a positive meaning. White chrysanthemums represent nobility and elegance. They are also thought to attract good luck to the home and represent a life of ease. They are often used for offerings at altars.
