signed PUZUO, inscribed, and with seals of the artist ink and color on paper, hanging scroll Puzuo (1918-2001), famous Chinese painter,cousin of Qingxuantong Emperor Aixinjueluo Puyi.Pu Zuo has a deep artistic accomplishment,and he is good at painting flowers,birds and beasts,as well as landscapes.His paintings in his later years were more concise,yet more charming,with simple strokes but full of meaning,and little ink but perfect in spirit,reaching the state of old paintings.
