提要：其中黄培英名刺上为龙璋致陶觐仪便札。龙璋（1854-1918），字砚仙，号甓勤斋主人，晚号潜叟，祖籍湖南攸县。生于书宦世家，父龙汝霖。光绪年间举人，庚子国难，策动“东南自保”。后参与领导辛亥革命、二次革命、护国战争。辛亥后，任湖南首任民政长、代省长，他是传统绅士从改良向革命转化的代表人物。师从父亲好友郭嵩焘、陆润庠，与谭延闿、黄兴、蔡锷等交好。
