About the item: Unual small antique 19th century Chinese Antimony (rare metal) novelty inkwell, c 1890 .It is  beautifully formed as a teapot with side handle and spout and has gilded decoration with panels of foliage, birds etc. It still has its original fitted metal and glass liners.
