观音以精铜熔铸成形，呈立姿。其发髻高绾，直鼻，小口，额际白毫凸现，双目低垂目光慈祥，面庞清秀端庄，仪态庄重娴雅，其上身着通领衲衣，下身着裙，衣纹随形体处理，简洁流畅，裙衣错银祥云饰，宛若飘云。观音左手轻握右腕，赤足，身体微向右倾斜而立，似有所言，好似俯看尘世众生。此尊观音取相民间妇女形象，眉目间流露出女性恬淡宁静与聪慧的神态。其衣裙局部嵌有流云纹银丝，背后嵌“玉堂石叟”款，熔铸工艺精美，具有极强的艺术感染力。是明代铜作工艺的杰出代表。
