炉钧釉创于清雍正年间，盛行于雍正，乾隆二朝，因低温炉内烧成仿宋钧釉而得知其名。《南窑笔记》载；“炉均一种，乃炉中所烧，颜色流淌中有红点者为佳，青点次之”。因釉中含有粉剂，故而釉厚不透明。釉面均开细小纹片，其结晶呈色多种，深浅不一，有红，兰，紫，绿，月白等色如同有铅器表面的反射光泽并熔于一体。是清代瓷器中的名品。本品造型小巧，肩部置对称鸠形耳。通体施炉钧釉，釉面匀净，炉钧流动感强，蓝色有深浅之分，交相辉映，美不胜收，宛若天成。紫蓝融汇交织，如云如霓，分外瑰丽。线条柔和流畅，诸色浑融交错，迷离迤逦，不失为乾隆炉钧釉佳作。
