款识：周篆委备如石鼓文是也，秦篆简直如峄山、琅邪台是也。其辨可譬之麻冕与纯焉。李斯作仓颉篇，赵高作爰历篇，皆为小篆，而高敬之书迄无所存，然安知不即杂于世所传小篆中耶？卫恒书势称李斯篆，并言汉建初中，扶风曹喜少异于斯，而亦称善，是喜固然足自立者。后世乃传喜所书之大风歌，书体甚非古雅，不问而知为伪物矣。玉筋之名仅可加小篆。舒元舆谓，秦丞相斯变仓颉籕文为玉筯是也。顾论其别，则颉籀不可为玉筯，论其通则分真行草，亦未尝无玉筯之意存焉。壬寅冬十一月中浣，陈梦家于崇云山房南窗。印鉴：陈氏、梦家。释文：是处可清游平原高柳鸣禽好，其人獨灵秀写翰作辞古趍多。
