耀州窑青瓷是指中国北宋耀州窑所烧造的青瓷。窑址在今陕西铜川黄堡镇一带，包括陈炉镇、立地坡、上店等处，宋代属耀州，故名。唐代已开始烧造，北宋以青瓷为主，耀州窑胎质灰白，釉色青里泛黄，如橄榄色。此件明代耀州窑青瓷，通体装饰以刻花为主，瓶口划刻海水纹，腹身饰缠枝莲花纹，近足处饰一周莲瓣纹，划刻线条流畅，通体施青釉，釉水饱满，莹润如脂，抚之可人，颇有宋韵。
