A pair of Chinese 19th century famille rose vases of baluster form with everted turquoise foliate rims, each vase applied with a pair of moulded guardian lions to the neck, and four pink chilong dragons encircling the shoulder, painted in polychrome enamels with flowers and birds around panels depicting Daoist immortals, probably Zhongli Quan and various acolytes in fenced garden landscapes over lappet banding around the foot, late Qing dynasty, 30 cm high
