A blue and white dragon bowl, Kangxi period, ca. 1700, China, The exterior decorated with four dragons over a restless sea. The inside also showing a dragon and a flaming pearl. The inside along the top border has a band of waves and flower heads. Marked with an underglaze blue six character Ming Chengua mark but of Kangxi period. D 20.7 cm, D 9.5 cm, The inside with brown spots in the glaze. No hairlines or restoration.
