黄山云海，敏之先生正之，庚申夏日怀民于西海水云阁。
周怀民、春满黄山
周怀民（1906-1996），现代美术家，无锡钱桥人。自小喜爱书画。临摹的沈子居巨画《桃源图》，以假乱真的地步，京华艺术专科学校校长特聘他去教授国画。应徐悲鸿之聘到北平艺术专科学校执教。他描绘的太湖山水画中，常毕现芦苇、芦塘的质感、气势和神韵，被人们誉为“周芦塘”。
