款识：文彝轩主人属正，钝斋吴郁生。 钤印：吴郁生印、钝斋 释文：抚琴对水举酒望月，汲流旧巘葺宇家林。 简介：吴郁生，字蔚若，又号钝斋，吴县（今江苏省吴县）人，居苏州白塔西路。为嘉庆戊辰科状元吴延琛之孙。清代进士，光绪三年（1877）授翰林，曾为内阁学士，兼礼部尚书、四川督学，主考广东，康有为出其门下。戊戌政变，六君子被戮，西太后因康有为出其门而不用钝斋。及至西太后死，乃任邮传部尚书，军机大臣。
