此玉瓶以和阗玉大料整雕而成，玉质细腻莹泽，温润无瑕。瓶作扁体，分为器、盖两部分，宝珠钮盖，盖、身子母口盖合，瓶盖边缘与瓶口外侧均饰回纹一周。瓶颈左右两侧镂雕一对如意形耳，向下连接于瓶身。器腹前后部皆减地阳雕兽面纹一周，双眼炯炯，眉毛修长，鼻翼肥厚，张口露齿，装饰感极强。此件玉瓶整体造型工整，显示出精妙绝伦的雕刻工艺，实为玉料与琢玉工艺的完美结合，二者相得益彰，大小适中，为案头陈设件之佳品。
