此件熏炉以和阗白玉整料琢制而成，玉质精良，致密温泽。整器作提篮形，圆盘形口，鼓腹，圈足。盘口边缘凸起双立耳，以活环连接提梁。提梁线条灵动柔美。口部扣一圆形高盖，盖顶及侧面皆镂空琢刻卷草纹及花卉纹，纹饰繁密，刻工细致，井然有序，疏密得宜，整器展现精湛的雕刻技巧，雅致玲珑，配有龙形红木器作，实为玉雕熏炉之佳品。
