此件玉佩为和阗白玉制成，玉质细腻温润，局部带沁色。器体呈片状，镂雕三龙相互缠绕交结，龙首雕刻寥寥数刀，凸眼、翘鼻、张口、独角，眉眼之间神态毕现。龙身细长卷曲，活灵活现，刚柔并济，形制独特。交结佩为典型的清代玉饰件，常见的为四龙交结，三龙较为少见，为佩饰精品。
