此件炉顶为和阗白玉质地，温润细腻，局部带沁。馒头形内芯，外攀附两条透雕螭龙，俗称“双螭抱石”纹。螭龙为三角形头，五官聚拢于面部前端，双圆耳，毛发后飘，口衔灵芝。人字形肩，长阴刻线脊背，身躯较长，扭转有力，雕工精湛，为典型的元代器物。底部打两组牛鼻穿孔，供炉盖镶嵌作钮。 参考：台北故宫博物院藏，元 螭虎衔芝纹玉顶。
