此件玉牌采用上等和阗白玉制成，润白细腻，纯净无瑕。牌体片状，椭圆形，双面工，牌额两面浅浮雕如意云纹。牌身呈“囍”字形开光，中部减地阳起琢刻纹饰。正面雕刻一面带露喜色的仙人，人物造型缩为一团，老者头戴发箍，长须下垂，身着宽袍，手持文卷。背面雕刻“一团和气”圆形篆书印章纹饰。一团和气代表着古代的一种思想，意为三教一体，九流一源，体现了三教同心、和睦相处的宗旨。此牌选料考究，形体规矩，构思巧妙，图案纹饰雕刻细腻，寓意吉祥，是一件绝佳的佩戴装饰精品。
