此摆件选用上等和阗白玉籽料雕就，玉质滋润凝腻，宝光内蕴。整器圆雕一宝鸭造形。宝鸭呈卧状，体态肥硕丰腴，管钻小圆眼，曲颈侧首，小扁喙紧闭，额头圆润，双翅紧贴身侧，尾部微翘，扁足卧于腹下，十分生动可爱。并无过多装饰，仅翅根琢刻卷云纹。整器工料俱佳，实为一件文房小摆件精品。
