Imposing bed from the Art Nouveau period, solid walnut in a highly stately look. Full-figured sphinxes with a female upper body and finely carved heads. The frames carved with rich floral ornamentation, at the foot frame a carved sculptural head in the middle, male faces on the sides, beautiful headboard with brocade damask cover and fabulous crowning with a central female head and fully sculptural blossoms.
