A Chinese blue-ground dragon robe dating from the early 19th century. The robe features nine dragons in total, including one on an inner panel. They are surrounded by auspicious objects. The embroidery features gold thread. Dimensions are: 56 inches tall X 81 1/2 inches wide, 142.2 cm X 207 cm. All measurements are approximate. Condition: There is significant fading as well as a very few minor areas of pulled threads. A reminder that all lots are sold as-is.
