A group of three pieces of Chinese jewelry dating from the 19th century with kingfisher feather decoration. The lot includes: a floral hairpin with leaves made of feathers, coral beads, jadeite, and with a pink tourmaline center; a butterfly charm with wings decorated with features and beads; and a string necklace with a crescent-shaped pendant decorated with feathers and with coral beads. Dimensions are: the hairpin measures 9 inches tall X 5 1/4 inches wide, 22.9 cm X 13.3 cm; the charm measures 1 1/2 inches tall X 1 1/8 inches wide, 3.8 cm X 2.9 cm; and the necklace pendant measures 3/4 inches tall X 2 3/4 inches wide, 1.9 cm X 7 cm. Weight: all three pieces together weigh 44.5 grams. All measurements are approximate. Condition: All three pieces have loss to the feathers. The hairpin has fading to the thread. The charm has a missing bead and some bent wires. A reminder that all lots are sold as-is.
